The technical element of this whole design is the sturdy base for the floating, ethereal countertop. We have forgone table legs, which we’ve found to interfere with freedom and movement and only create distance between a doctor and patient. Files, folders, and office materials are stored safely behind the elegant, straight-line doors of the storage cabinet.
